Terms & Conditions - Xero Expense Report Generator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xero Expense Report Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a free, web-based tool that connects to your Xero account via Xero’s official OAuth 2.0 API to help you generate PDF expense reports from your invoice and bill data. The App may also optionally attach generated reports to invoices in Xero at your request.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the App or any data retrieved through it.

Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

This includes, without limitation, any errors in generated reports, any issues arising from interactions with the Xero API, or any loss of data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any reports generated by the App before relying on them.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Xero account credentials.
You must have appropriate authorisation to access the Xero organisation(s) you connect to the App.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any reports generated by the App before using them for accounting, tax, or other purposes.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users.

6. Xero API Usage

The App accesses your Xero data through Xero’s official API. Your use of Xero’s services is also subject to Xero’s Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Xero Limited.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App’s developers. The reports you generate using the App are yours.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App’s operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
